“11th International Trade Service Meeting in China (Hong Kong)” held by CFEC and Hong Kong Trade Development Council in Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on Nov. 22nd and 23rd. VTeam’s Chairman, Dr. Typhoon Wen, was invited to attend this meeting and gave speech regarding to Factoring and the opportunity of OBOR.
The topics for this 2-day Meeting are “Fusion, Creation, Open-Mind and Win-Win”, not only contained Commercial Factoring, Trade Service Development and Communication with Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, but also Culture Design. The Meeting was carried out and combined by various types of business counters and exhibitions. Aforesaid Conference Meeting focus on discussing the creative models and practices of Commercial Factoring affairs in domestic and foreign by the various types of Keynote Talk and Exchange of Forum Theme, also including the communication and cooperation between China, H.K and International Commercial Factoring Industry which can provide better service to entities and overcome the difficulties of SME Financing.
As a special invitation speaker, Dr. Wen took the subject of “the creation service model of International Factoring Marketplace in The Belt and Road Initiative” and shared a lot of practices during the speech, such as Export Factoring, Credit Insurance Factoring, Two-factor Factoring, Re-factoring, Offshore Factoring and Import Factoring…etc.. Dr. Wen said, “ The Belt and Road Initiative” will increase export and import trading amount directly and the transaction payment methods other than L/C by the way of Export Factoring, Import Factoring, Offshore Factoring, corporations to lower down the risk of collection and get operational financing support for the enterprises. Export Factoring is providing the service for the domestic exporters and foreign importers ( including acceptance of buyers’ risk and AR Financing); Import Factoring is providing the service for domestic importers and foreign exporters (including the acceptance of buyer’s risk and AR Financing); Offshore Factoring is providing the service of the acceptance of buyers’ risk and AR factoring for the trading of Overseas affiliated/subsidiaries .
